The Outlast® difference
Xelodo™ continuously interacts with the unique microclimate of your body and the environment to moderate temperature from being too hot or too cold to being just right.

The human body naturally sweats to cool the skin, reducing the ability of the clothing, to keep the body dry and comfortable. Outlast® technology, conversely, will keep individuals comfortable by absorbing body heat when too much is created, thereby diminishing the amount of moisture during outdoor activities.

Sporty fit.

Under the microscope:

Outlast® Adaptive Comfort products all contain patented Outlast® Thermocules™ phase change materials (PCM). The microcapsules are microscopic in size: 1,000s fit on a head of a pin (3 million per cm²).

Infrared pictures can clearly demonstrate how Outlast® Adaptive Comfort® materials work.

Due to basic physical laws, all bodies (humans, plants, objects) release energy in terms of thermal radiation. The higher the object’s temperature is, the more intensive the infrared radiation released.

A test was done with a pair of gloves. One glove was equipped with and the other one without Outlast® material. Each gloved hand was then laid on an ice block for five minutes.

The test illustrates how temperature changes can be reduced remarkably with Outlast® products.

We can’t promise that Outlast® Adaptive Comfort® products are the missing link to help you turn pro, but we can at least make anything you do poorly a much more comfortable experience.

By storing your excess heat as it’s created and releasing it as it’s needed, you won’t be too hot or too cold...just comfortable.
