The amount due is withdrawn from your account the moment the goods are sent from www.geoffanderson.com. The amount withdrawn can never surpass the amount you have approved upon purchase.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

All orders to Norway, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and countries outside the EU are delivered without Danish VAT. 25% VAT is automatically withdrawn prior to the transaction is completed.

 

DELIVERY

Orders received before 13 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are normaly shipped the same day. Packages are sent with GLS.

 

CANCELLATION

You, the consumer has 14 days cancellation, when you buy from us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods or receive the the last goods ordered, if the purchase consists of several goods ordered at once, but delivered sperately.

You have to give notice within 14 days from the delivery of the goods if you wish to return the goods and cancel the purchase. Please inform us by sending a mail to info@geoffanderson.dk. In your message, please inform us clearly that you wish to return the goods. You cannot nullify the purchase by simply refuse to receive the goods unless you clearly inform us of this.

 

YOUR RIGHTS TO RETURN GOODS

You must return your order without any delay and at the latest 14 days after your notice that you wish to nullify your order. You hold the expenses for the return of the goods. You carry the risk for the goods, from the time the goods are delivered. The goods are returned in original packaging.


THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN

You carry the cost for any devaluation of the product due to any other handling other than establishing the type of product, properties and functionality. In other words, you can try the goods the same way you would in a store, but without using it.

If the product is tested beyond above mentioned, we will consider it used, which means that you will not receive full, if any, refund for your product pending on the market value of the product.
 

RETURN PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE

If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount paid to us. In cases where the product has lost value because of your handling and you are responsible for it, the amount is withdrawn from the sales price.

If you regret your purchase, we will return all payments from you including the shipment fee (but not if you choose to return the goods in any other way than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) without further delay and at latest 14 days from the date we have received your notice that you wish to nullify the purchase.

We will carry out the return payment with the same means of payment you used upon the original transaction unless you expressly state otherwise. We can withhold the return payment until the goods are returned unless you actively document that you have returned the goods.

WARRANTY

You have 24 months warranty when you buy our products. This means that you can either get your product repaired, replaced (exchanged) or get a discount depending on the circumstances. It is a must, that the complaint is valid and that the fault in the product has not been a result of wrong use of the product or

other hamful handling of the product.

You must enter regret within ”reasonable time” after finding any flaw with the product. If you enter regret within two months after finding any flaws with the product, the warranty will be timely.

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering your goods. The personal information is registered at Geoff Anderson Denmark and is kept for five yours whereafter the information is deleted.

The person in charge of the data is owner, Jakob Sørensen. Geoff Anderson Denmark passes on your e-mail adress to Trustpilot, but we do not pass on or sell the information to a third party.

As a registree at Geoff Anderson Denmark, you always have the right to complain over the registration.

You also have the right to know which information is stored about you. You have these rights in accordance with the law on personal data security. Any questions about the issue is forwarded to info@geoffanderson.dk
