By registering Geoff Anderson Loyalty club you accept the following terms and conditions. The club is a loyalty program for Geoff Anderson's customers and gives admission to the extended warranty for selected products and other advantages.
- Membership
2.1. Geoff Anderson Loyalty club membership is free of charge and personal.
2.2. Membership is created through Geoff Anderson's webpage or by product registration.
2.3. You are responsible for correct contact information (name, e-mail, address etc).
- Communication
3.1. Being a member, you accept receiving e-mails and other communication related to your membership, including advantages, campaigns and news.
3.2. You can at any time unsubscribe general marketing-communication, but you will continue to get necessary information about your membership and new products.
- Misuse and termination
4.1. Geoff Anderson reserves the right to cancel a membership without warning, if the membership is misused or if there is a suspicion of misuse or fraud or incorrect information.
4.2. You can anytime cancel your membership.
4.3. By cancellation withdraws eventual advantages and the extended warranty.
- Changing of terms
5.1. Geoff Anderson can change these terms at any time.
5.2. Significant changes will be informed by e-mail.
- Handling of personal data
6.1. Geoff Anderson handles your personal data according to existing general data protection regulation (GDPR).
6.2. The data are used for membership administration, sending relevant information and offers.
